The total bench U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit this week agreed to rethink a constitutional problem in opposition to a Louisiana regulation that mandated the Ten Commandments to be posted in public school rooms, tossing a three-judge panel’s determination in June that mentioned the requirement was illegal.
