Daniella Oropeza has been promoted to assistant information director at WTVA in Tupelo, Mississippi
She’ll proceed anchoring the information on the NBC and ABC affiliate, whereas working alongside information director Pat Peterson.
Oropeza takes over for Craig Ford who retired in April.
She joined WTVA in 2017 as a reporter and later turned an anchor and government producer.
“Daniella has been an important a part of the WTVA newsroom since 2017,” Peterson said. “She is a real newsroom chief who’s passionate, devoted and dedicated to producing high quality journalism. I’m wanting ahead to working carefully with Daniella as she takes on this new management position.”
Oropeza lives in Tupelo together with her fiancé, Anthony, and their son, Tony.
“There are HUGE sneakers to fill, however I’m actually trying to ahead to this chance,” Oropeza mentioned. “This group has been nothing wanting welcoming and supportive since I first began. I sit up for persevering with to serve northeast Mississippi on this new position.”
