3rd Circuit Revives Attorney Fee Dispute in $300M Settlement

On Friday, the Third Circuit vacated and remanded a U.S. District Court docket for the District of New Jersey resolution granting abstract judgment to New Jersey private harm agency Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman and two of its attorneys, who represented the plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation (MDL) consolidated within the New Jersey district court docket.
