On Friday, the Third Circuit vacated and remanded a U.S. District Court docket for the District of New Jersey resolution granting abstract judgment to New Jersey private harm agency Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman and two of its attorneys, who represented the plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation (MDL) consolidated within the New Jersey district court docket. Following the settlement, the defendants acquired contingency charges and a typical profit price award, which a few of their shoppers challenged as an illegal double cost.
