A divided U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of mifepristone producer GenBioPro’s problem to a West Virginia legislation that bars abortion in most circumstances, saying the authorized problem amounted to an “assault on the Dobbs resolution.”
