A GameStop buyer filed a class-action lawsuit towards the online game retailer claiming that a purchase order made at a retailer location in North Carolina had a $3.79 guarantee charge added to it with out their data or permission. The client solely found the charge once they reviewed their receipt, and GameStop refused to refund the quantity, in keeping with the criticism.
