“We’re very happy with this landmark settlement which can rework the lives of school athletes and convey them tens of billions of {dollars} in damages and future advantages,” Jeffrey Kessler, co-executive chairman of Winston & Strawn, mentioned of the antitrust class-action settlement offering $2.576 billion in compensation to school athletes for his or her title, picture and likeness and practically $500 million in payment awards to class counsel.
