Hawaii welcomes out-of-state attorneys who need to work as public defenders, prosecutors with out state licenses

The Hawaii Supreme Courtroom adopted the pilot challenge in a June 18 order to deal with a lawyer scarcity in authorities legal legislation, Honolulu Civil Beat studies.
The order applies to attorneys in good standing with lively legislation licenses in different states who graduated from ABA-accredited legislation colleges.
