An Ohio state trial courtroom ruling has ended the long-running Triad v. Westlake litigation, and confirmed a $70 million jury verdict and judgment in opposition to Westlake Chemical Corp. Houston’s Yetter Coleman gained the unanimous verdict for Develop Vitality, previously generally known as Southwestern Vitality, after a three-week trial in 2022. After three years of unsuccessful appeals, Westlake paid the $76 million judgment, together with curiosity, in full.
