State Supreme Court Arguments Paused for the Summer. Appellate Attorneys? Not So Much

This summer time, solely eight states’ supreme courts heard argument in July, and 12 heard at the least one oral argument in August. Justices, court docket workers and attorneys who observe in state appellate courts don’t get a lot of a break from their work.
