A federal appeals courtroom on Aug. 15 upheld a win for the U.S. judiciary and a number of other officers in a case introduced by a former assistant federal public defender who claimed she was sexually harassed by her direct supervisor in 2018 and that the judiciary’s system for resolving the office dispute was unconstitutional.
