    New York-based The Browser Firm is the startup behind the Arc and Dia browsers. The deal is anticipated to shut in Atlassian’s fiscal second quarter, ending in December.

    The announcement comes only a day after a U.S. court docket dominated towards forcing Google to divest Chrome after discovering it held a monopoly within the search market.
