MAI, a startup constructing AI brokers that run efficiency advertising for small and midsized companies, has raised a $25 million seed spherical led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Gaorong Ventures and UpHonest Capital.
Its direct-to-consumer purchasers embody medical attire model Dr. Woof Attire, dietary supplements model Vitamin Faktory, and attire corporations Flamingo and Fanka.
Based in December 2024, MAI is constructing AI brokers so smaller corporations with out plenty of engineering help can wield the advertising muscle normally reserved for enterprise giants.
“Medium and smaller-sized companies simply don’t have that luxurious,” stated CEO Yuchen Wu, who spent a decade at Google growing its advertisements and machine-learning expertise, then helped Instacart scale its logistics and development stack.
