Journalists and media organizations sued the U.S. Division of Homeland Safety and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem on Wednesday, claiming that DHS officers unlawfully used “militarized weapons” on protesters and reporters who have been documenting demonstrations towards immigration enforcement raids performed in Southern California.
