As fortune would have it, CNN’s Jake Tapper was a visitor on The Late Present With Stephen Colbert a day after the bombshell information that ABC is indefinitely suspending Jimmy Kimmel.
Tapper, who was on Thursday’s episode to talk about his forthcoming nonfiction ebook, “Race In opposition to Terror,” advised Colbert that Kimmel’s suspension was a “direct violation” of the First Modification.
