DOJ Antitrust Division’s New Whistleblower Program Signals Pipeline for Investigations Outside of Leniency

On July 8, 2025, the Division of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division introduced a brand new Whistleblower Program in partnership with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to supply financial rewards to people who report antitrust crimes and associated offenses via an on-line reporting portal. The Division’s new Whistleblower Program offers an eligible whistleblower a chance to obtain 15% to 30% of any recovered felony wonderful of no less than $1 million ensuing from his or her data.
