Domino’s Pizza Inc. and its affiliate Domino’s Pizza Franchising filed a criticism in Illinois state court docket Monday alleging ConverseNow Applied sciences, an AI-based ordering know-how, breached its contract to characterize the pizza large in two underlying class actions. The underlying litigation claimed that ConverseNow’s software program—which sure Domino’s franchisees use—violated Illinois and California privateness legal guidelines.
