Eighty former federal and state judges have signed a letter urging the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee to disclaim Justice Division official Emil Bove a seat on the U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Third Circuit, saying his affirmation can be a “disservice to the Structure, to legislation enforcement, and to the rule of legislation.”
