    Kyle Carmean has been promoted to vice chairman of reports and content material for WTTG Fox 5 DC and WDCA Fox 5 Plus.

    Carmean will oversee all of the editorial, enterprise, and administration features for the stations and their streaming choices.

    Carmean has been with the Fox Tv Stations (FTS) for 20 years. He joined WTTG/WDCA in 2014 as assistant information director.
