Kirkland Puts Billion-Dollar Dispute on Ice for Dr Pepper/Seven Up

In a multi-year, cross-country dispute over distribution rights price roughly $1 billion, Kirkland & Ellis secured a win for consumer Dr Pepper / Seven Up Inc., an entirely owned affiliate of Keurig Dr Pepper, in a case in opposition to its distributor, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling LLC.
