    Retired decide sexually assaulted assistant in courthouse stairwell, lied to investigators, federal indictment says

He’s additionally accused of falsely telling FBI brokers that he led the girl right into a stairwell as a result of he was going to return upstairs to work after giving the girl a present.

    Corona was previously indicted for the alleged sexual assault by a grand jury in Fresno County, in accordance with the information experiences. He pleaded not responsible.

    A lawyer for Corona, Margarita Martinez-Baly, informed Legislation.com that Corona will “positively” plead not responsible to the federal expenses.

    Corona retired in April 2024 after serving as a decide for greater than 20 years.
