An immigrant advocacy group represented by Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer and a public-interest agency sued a metropolis in Southern California’s San Bernardino County for allegedly concentrating on immigrant communities within the space by illegally seizing the property of road distributors and recruiting contracted non-public brokers to implement “discriminatory” and prohibitively restrictive insurance policies in opposition to them.
