The U.S. Supreme Courtroom held Friday that native retail shops have standing to problem the FDA’s rejection of vape merchandise that they plan to promote, a win for the e-cigarette trade’s efforts to litigate towards the company over its strict place on permitting new vape gadgets in the marketplace.
