The U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on Friday allowed a solvent Georgia-Pacific subsidiary to maneuver ahead with its Chapter 11 submitting, saying the company spinoff Bestwall needn’t be a debtor to qualify for federal chapter courtroom jurisdiction beneath the Structure’s Chapter Clause.
