A federal decide has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison on behalf of two Jewish American civil rights teams that accused the federal government of unlawfully halting an investigation into alleged College of Pennsylvania antisemitism and demanded a court docket order reopening the probe.
