The WGN morning information staff stated ‘Hi there’ to the station’s new information director, Akemi Harrison in typical morning news-fashion.
Harrison was greeted on her first day on the station by Samba dancers, miniature horses and a polka band, amongst many different visitors.
Akemi comes from Chicago NBC owned station WMAQ and Telemundo Chicago.
